What happens in case of cancellation?
For all bookings in mobile homes, with a minimum stay of 7 nights, an insurance policy is included, allowing you to travel with no worries. If the reasons for cancellation are not covered by the insurance policy, upon written cancellation no later than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, a refund of the amount paid net of €80.00 handling fee is given.
For short stays in a mobile home, a voucher will be issued to enjoy the vacation at another time.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
For the accommodation units, check-in is possible from 11 a.m. on the day of your arrival. From that time, you will be able to access all the services of the campground. You will get the keys to the accommodation unit from 4 p.m.: if you wish to access earlier, you can book early check-in. On the day of departure, the housing unit must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. If you are traveling with pets, an appointment should be made with the front desk before check-out to inspect the accommodation unit.
Is the parking space included?
Of course! All mobile homes have a reserved parking space.
Do you have a shuttle?
Yes! Our shuttle bus takes you to the Canal Port of Cesenatico every evening.

Is linen included in the mobile home?
Yes, if you book directly on our website, you will find bed linen and towels in the accommodation.

Can I have a crib and high chair?
Upon request, it is possible to have them in your accommodation when you arrive, free of charge.

Quiet hours are from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from midnight to 7 a.m.
