  • We have structured the animation activities in small groups, as fun should never be lacking.

Hygiene and cleaning

  • We request that you wear a mask if you are less than 1 metre away from another person; use gloves when exchanging objects or coming into contact with other people. In common areas, it is a good practice to use both the mask and gloves.
  • We have installed sanitising gel dispensers before and after the common baths to be used at the entrance and exit.
  • We recommend that you wash your hands often with soap and water and use the sanitising gels that you will find at various points of the campsite.
  • The standards of hygiene have been raised to the highest levels in every setting, both in common areas, such as toilets and showers, and in private areas such as bungalows and mobile homes.
  • In common areas, where we have made changes to allow the required spacing, the cleaning will be done at least 2 times during the day, using antivirus products.
  • We have also changed the entrance and exit turnstiles so that they can be opened without using your hands.

Staff

  • We have trained the entire staff on the procedures for hygiene and compliance with operational rules.
  • All our employees use the protection devices as specified in the safety procedures.
  • We kindly request that you cooperate with our staff to check the access possibilities to internal and external common areas.

In case of symptoms

  • If you have a fever above 37.5° C before departure, have symptoms of respiratory infection or know that you have been in contact with a positive person during the last 14 days; unfortunately, you will not be able to spend your holiday with us.
  • At the reception, you will find an emergency kit in case you experience symptoms once you are at the campsite.
  • If you have a fever or respiratory symptoms during your holiday, simply notify the reception desk who will notify the health authorities.

Everything perfect

What we wanted... Accommodation in a quiet area but not far from the sea. The swimming pool is the best for children. Easy to reach the centre of Cesenatico in a short time. Many services at your fingertips... even the medical service, that on holiday one would prefer not to have to use, but it is always useful to have it available
